OUR PHILOSOPHY

As a therapist I actively work with pain issues and the release of pain, proper body alignment, functionality, and reconditioning. At Stretchmassage to achieve this I use myofascial manipulation, neuromuscular therapy, the Hesch technique, and Active Isolated Stretching. My goal is to help you achieve better health through bodywork.



My approach to healing is holistic. Spirit, mind, body, and emotions work together to create the human being. If any one of these areas is thrown off balance, you will eventually, if not immediately begin to show imbalances in the whole.
